Co-Founder & COO

Anjeza (Annie) Muhameti, is the Co-Founder and COO of CareLink Services & Billing Solutions, LLC, where she leads operational strategy, provider credentialing, revenue cycle management, compliance, and healthcare infrastructure development. She specializes in building efficient, compliant, and scalable systems that support primary care providers and community-based organizations in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

With over eight years of experience in healthcare administration, Ms. Muhameti brings extensive expertise in medical billing and coding, payer enrollment, provider contracting, workflow optimization, and practice operations. She currently serves as Office Manager at Family Practice Care, PLLC, where she has played an integral leadership role for nearly nine years. In this capacity, she oversees practice operations, revenue cycle management, credentialing, and workflows, supporting primary care teams in improving operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and patient access and coordination of care.

Her experience also includes work within hospital settings at Corewell Health, where she has contributed to healthcare operations across multiple care environments. Throughout her career, she has supervised multidisciplinary teams, managed provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, HMOs, and private payers, and implemented process improvements that enhanced efficiency, compliance, and overall organizational performance.

Ms. Muhameti has also contributed to electronic health record (EHR) implementation and practice transformation initiatives, including playing a key role in achieving Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition at Family Practice Care, PLLC.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Health Services Administration (MSHSA) from the University of Michigan -Flint, along with graduate certificates in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, and Long-Term Care Administration. Her professional certifications include Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC, Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS), Certified Application Counselor (CAC), and an AI in Medical Billing & Coding Certificate through AAPC. She is also a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and Licensed Health Insurance Agent candidate.

Additionally, Ms. Muhameti was selected for the AAPC Emerging Leaders Program, where she continues to advance her leadership development and contribute to the healthcare administration and medical coding field.

She is passionate about advancing health equity and strengthening community-based healthcare systems through ethical leadership, operational excellence, and sustainable healthcare solutions that expand access to care and improve outcomes for the communities served.
